We have decided to push the bar a little higher in the cheese department. We will be offering the finest Cave Aged cheeses from New York's Artisinal CheeseOnce you try Cave Aged cheese - it will change everything. Artisinal maintains the only certified Cave Aged program available and we are excited to bring you truly special selections. Of course we will be featuring these fine cheeses at the weekly tasting, beginning in August, for you discover.
This Friday night we welcome Mr. Alan Godycki of Grand Vintages. Featuring the wines of Ca'Momi.
"Ca' Momi is Italian for "House of Momi" and also the name of our family home in Italy. The name comes from local legend (and prior owner of the house) Momi dea Bionda and his obsession with the house and vineyards.
