Come celebrate New London's diverse community this holiday season with music and dance performances from around the world. Festival kicks off with Children's Reindeer Procession leading Santa to the Parade Plaza at 3pm. Children are encouraged to dress like Santa's helpers and reindeer to lead Santa to the Parade Plaza. Meet at New London Fire Dept. on Bank Street at 2:45pm to participate. MORE INFORMATION
